Delivery Information

E A Rate predominantly use NZ Couriers for nationwide shipping. We use Toll Couriers for bulky items. Toll Couriers will only deliver bulky items to commercial business addresses or depots. Home deliveries will incur a surcharge. Target delivery times are in the table below. Delays within the courier system are outside our control and therefore we cannot be held responsible. If you do experience an extended delay for delivery, in the first instance, please enter the tracking number we emailed you on the NZC site here and the Toll site here. If you are not successful, please contact us and we will do our best to find your item and get it to you as quickly as possible.

If we receive your order and payment confirmation prior to 3pm on standard business days, we will dispatch your goods that day, provided stock is available. If the goods you ordered cannot be dispatched by the end of the following business day, we will contact you and advise the nearest practical shipping date. If any items in your order are not available, we will give you the option to backorder until the item arrives, have part delivery of your order, or cancel the entire order. You will only be charged for goods actually dispatched. Deliveries will only be made to your place of residence or office, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We will require you to sign for the delivery.
